Meet at Maple Way, Ascott-Under-Wychwood (SP298,185). At Burfordroundabout on A40, about 22 miles west of Oxford, take A361 north. Turn right at roundabout at bottom of hill, still A361. After 2.4 miles turn right onto B4437 for nearly 2 miles. Turn left on minor road for 0.4 mile. Turn right along ShiptonRoad for 0.4 mile, and turn right into Maple Way.
First part of Oxfordshire Way, (linear walk). Car shuttle to start of walk (car park £5 all day). Bring packed lunch and drinks for the day.
Optional evening meal at Bourton-On-The-Water.
