Turn left and car park is 600 yards on the left.Nettlebed is on A4130 between Wallingford and Henley. From M40 Junc 6, south west to Watlington, turn left at very narrow crossroad in centre of Watlington for 1.5 miles, and car park is on the right. Fifth part of Oxfordshire Way (linear walk). Car shuttle to start of walk. Bring packed lunch and drinks for the day. Optional evening meal. Let Dennis know by Wednesday 7th April if you intend to come.

Meet outside the Fox and Hounds pub, Bishopsgate (SU979,721) (TW20 0XU). From Windsor take A308 towards Staines, continue thru Old Windsor, then turn Rt onto A328. After approx 1 mile turn 1stRt into Castle Hill Road, and at the end turn Rt into Bishopsgate Road. Continue past the Fox and Hounds and park on LHS of road approaching the gate into Windsor Great Park. This is a figure of eight walk which includes several memorials of historical significance. Pub lunch is available at the Fox and Hounds.

Picnic or pub lunch available at the Barley Mow, Tilford. (SU872,434).

Meet at the bikers free car park at the foot of Box Hill (TQ171,520) ; Sat Nav Lat Long N51.255830, W0.323064). From Junction 9 of the M25, take the A24 south. Turn into the car park directly off the A24 just before the first roundabout beyond Mickleham. The walk is fairly hilly and includes just over 2000 feet of ascent, some of it quite steep. For anyone travelling there by train, Princes Risborough station is approximately half a mile from the start of the walk. Bring a packed lunch for the day. Optional tea shop afterwards. There is also the option of an early evening pub meal in the Princes Risborough area.
